Registration & Training Information

At ZENFULdog Training, we believe training is about building a strong partnership between dogs and their guardians.

Our relationship-based, positive reinforcement approach supports each dog's mental, emotional, and physical well-being through thoughtful movement, enrichment, skill development, and canisport-inspired activities. Whether you're building everyday life skills or exploring dog sports, our goal is to help you and your dog learn, grow, and enjoy the journey together.

Choosing the Right Program

Every dog and guardian team is unique. We offer a variety of group classes and private training designed to support different goals, ages, and experience levels. Whether you're starting with a new puppy, strengthening everyday skills, addressing behaviour challenges, or pursuing canine sports, we're here to help you find the program that's the right fit for your team.

Group Programs

Our group programs provide opportunities to build skills while learning in a supportive environment with other teams.

Programs may include:

• Puppy training

• Adolescent and adult skills

• Parkour

• Canine Movement & Fitness

• Rally-O

• Trick training

• Scent work

• Canisport activities

Group programs focus on communication, confidence, focus, movement, and learning appropriate social skills around other dogs.

Private Training

Private training provides individualized coaching tailored to each dog and guardian team.

Private sessions are ideal for guardians looking for personalized support with specific goals, skill development, or a customized training plan.

Register for a Group Program or Private Session

Step 1 — Contact Us

Reach out so we can help determine which program or training option is the best fit for you and your dog.

We want to ensure each team is set up for success and placed in an environment that supports their needs.

Step 2 — Complete Intake & Waiver Forms

All clients are required to complete our intake form and sign the waiver before beginning their training journey.

Please complete Step 1 first so we can help guide you toward the right program or service.

Step 3 — Registration Confirmation

Payment & Vaccine Certificate

All group classes and private sessions must be paid in full prior to starting by cash or e-transfer.

A copy of your dog's official vaccine certificate showing up-to-date core vaccines and Bordetella must be provided by email or in person before participating in programs.

All payments are non-refundable.

Health Requirements

For the health and safety of all dogs participating in our programs:

• All dogs must be in good health and have up-to-date vaccines.

• Dogs may not attend training if they are showing signs of illness, including diarrhea, vomiting, coughing, rashes, other signs of illness, or internal/external parasites.

• Missed classes due to illness or absenteeism are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Private Training

Private training sessions are available at our training facility only and provide individualized coaching tailored to each dog and guardian team.

Private sessions are designed around your goals, with an emphasis on relationship, communication, thoughtful movement, and practical skills that support everyday life and adventures together.

Training may support:

• Loose leash walking

• Recall

• Parkour

• Trick training

• Canicross

• Bikejor

• Settle and relaxation skills

• Functional movement and fitness

• Confidence building

• Everyday life skills

• And more

Private training is not designed as a replacement for veterinary behaviour support for complex behaviour cases.

Fear, Anxiety & Complex Behaviour Support

At ZENFULdog Training, we want every dog to feel safe, supported, and successful.

For dogs experiencing significant fear, anxiety, or complex behavioural concerns, we may recommend working with a behaviour professional through private consultation rather than joining a group program that may be overwhelming.

This approach supports the comfort and safety of your dog, your family, and other participants.

We do not provide behaviour modification for aggression or complex behaviour disorders. These cases are best supported by a veterinary behaviour specialist, and we are happy to recommend seeking appropriate guidance when needed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling Policies

ZENFULdog Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule group classes and private sessions due to severe weather, unsafe driving conditions, statutory holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Group Classes

If a group class is cancelled due to inclement weather or extraordinary circumstances, it will be rescheduled on an alternate date and time outside of the regular class schedule.

A rescheduled class is not simply pushed back by one week. Make-up classes may occur on a different day and/or at a different time.

There are no refunds or credits for cancelled or rescheduled group classes.

If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled make-up class, additional make-up classes, refunds, or credits will not be provided.

Private Sessions

If ZENFULdog Training needs to cancel a private session due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date and time.

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a private session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee, except in emergency situations or at the discretion of ZENFULdog Training.

Winter / Fall

Sunday: 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Monday–Wednesday: 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Spring / Summer

Monday–Thursday: 10:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.

Canisport & Trail Club

Our Canisport & Trail Club creates opportunities for dogs and guardians to enjoy adventures together while building confidence, teamwork, and community.

Activity dates and times are posted within the private Facebook group.
