Our training is based on cognitive and positive training, specializing in canisports with connection, confidence building as a team, fitness, mental and physical health and happiness of each dog team.

*All dogs must be in good health and have up to date vaccines. Dogs may  not attend class if they have signs of illness such as diarrhea, vomiting, coughing, rashes or other signs of illness,  internal or external parasites. There are no refunds or credits on missed classes due to absenteeism or illness.

STEP 2- FILL OUT THE INTAKE AND WAIVER FORM.

All clients are required to fill out the in-take form and sign the waiver to begin their training journey. *Make sure you completed step 1 so you hear back from us.*

STEP 3- REGISTRATION 

Payment and Vaccine Certificate

All group classes are to be prepaid in full in cash or by etransfer. All private classes require a 48hr notice to reschedule, any private appointment cancelled by the client after that time will need to be paid in full.  All vaccine certificates are to be provided in person or by email prior to programs beginning. Information provided in step one when you contact us. All payments are non-refundable.

POLICIES

*CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

ZENFULdog reserves the right to cancel group classes and private appoinments  due to poor weather/driving conditions, special circumstances and  statutory holidays, etc. 

Cancelled classes due to inclement weather or extraordinary circumstances will be rescheduled. A rescheduled class is a class that is not on the schedule and is therefore offered at an alternate time and day. There are no refunds or credits for group class cancellations, re-scheduled group classes. There are no refunds or credits if a student is absent from a make-up class or re-scheduled class.

​*Fear, Anxiety, Agression

For dogs who are fearful or anxious and display fearful, anxious or aggressive behaviours, we will recommend seeing a behaviour professional for private consultations, rather than join a group program that could overwhelm your dog. This is a question of safety for your dog as much as for fellow participants.

Tuesdays -Thursdays 4pm - 8pm

Saturdays 6am - noon

Sundays 9am - 5pm​
